Sensitivity Groups
A group of around 10 participants along with one or two facilitators spend up to 40 hours in an unstructured laboratory setting to explore their own behaviour and its impact on others and the impact of other’s behaviour on themselves
Structured Learning Programmes
Suitable for around 20 participants, Structured Learning Programmes allow participants to draw their own learnings from their here and now experiences.
Rapid Relaxation
Used for both small and large groups of over a hundred, Rapid Relaxation is used for interventions at the subconscious level. Very suitable for self development and discovery
Appreciative Inquiry
Appreciative Inquiry relies on enhancing the existing good experience with an organisation to assist employees walk the path to excellence. Suitable for large group interventions
Large Group methods
A variety of large group methods like Open Space, World Café, Sociometry, World work etc are also used by us to work with very large groups. All these methods are process based and empower participants to evolve their own strategies to go forward.
